Oxford Women in Politics (OxWiP) was founded in Radcliffe CameraHilary 2004 with the aim of tackling the gender disparity evident in political organisations within and outside Oxford. Since then the society has broadened its scope, aiming to enable and inspire women to become the leaders of the future within their chosen field. By uniting past and present generations of Oxford women, it aims to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, skills and experience, which will enable its members to achieve success in public service, academia, and the private sector.
