Centre for Asia-Pacific Women in Politics The Centre for Asia-Pacific Women in Politics (CAPWIP) is an organization dedicated to promoting equal participation of women in politics, which operates through 5 sub-regional groupings: Central Asia, East Asia, Pacific, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.
Centre for Women’s Global Leadership, Rutgers Founded in 1989, The Centre for Women’s Global Leadership (Global Centre) develops and facilitates women’s leadership for women’s human rights and social justice worldwide.
ECPR Standing Group on Gender and Politics Run through the European Consortium for Political Research, this Group has been active in encouraging workshops and research groups with an emphasis on gender issues, establishing a research register of women in political science and in increasing the profile of women in the main fields of political science.
European Women’s Lobby The European Women’s Lobby was set up to ensure women are represented at the highest political levels within Europe. As the European Union’s sphere of competence continues to grow, the EWL is seeking to ensure equality between women and men as a mandatory criterion for European construction.
Korean Institute for Women & Politics The Korean Institute for Women & Politics (KIWP) aims to foster the inclusion of women in politics through the organization of leadership training workshops and by conducting research and holding seminars on the topic of women and politics.
Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights, Development and Peace Middle East and North Africa Region. The Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights, Development and Peace (WLP) develops multi-media, culture-specific education tools for individuals and organizations in the Global South that cultivate and strengthen women’s participation and leadership in building civil society.

UN Women UN Women is the UN organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women. A global champion for women and girls, UN Women was established to accelerate progress on meeting their needs worldwide.
United Nations Inter-Agency Network on Women and Gender Equality WomenWatch is a central gateway to information and resources on gender equality within the United Nations system, including the United Nations Secretariat, regional commissions, specialized agencies and academic and research institutions.
Vital Voices Vital Voices is a global partnership that trains women leaders in emerging nations to build democracies, strong economies and peace.
Win With Women The Win with Women Initiative is a movement to promote women’s political participation worldwide. The anchor of the initiative is the Global Action Plan, which outlines practical recommendations that will help political parties broaden their appeal by becoming more inclusive and representative.
Women in International Security WIIS is a non-profit, non-partisan membership organization dedicated to increasing the influence of women in foreign and defence affairs, through a set of programs designed to foster and promote women in all fields related to international security.
Women’s Environment and Development Organization (WEDO) WEDO is an international advocacy network that seeks to increase the power of women worldwide as policymakers. Program areas include Gender and Governance, Sustainable Development, and Economic and Social Justice.
Women & Politics Institute, American University Located within the School of Public Affairs at American University, the Women & Politics Institute is dedicated to advancing the study and discussion of women and politics, promoting opportunities for women in politics, and training young women to become political leaders.
Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace, and Security The Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace, and Security seeks to enhance U.S. national and global security by elevating and examining the effect of women’s participation in many facets of politics and diplomacy.
